Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure

From LegalLanding

The Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure govern the procedure in prosecutions for felonies, gross misdemeanors, misdemeanors, and petty misdemeanors in the district courts in the State of Minnesota. You can view all these rules here.

The most up-to-date Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure with amendments are effective July 15, 2010 and are provided by the Minnesota Supreme Court Commissioner’s Office. Legal Landing tries to keep these rules as up-to-date as possible, however, as new rules are enacted by the federal and/or state authority, it is possible that the rules provided on this website may no longer be good law. You can access the most up-to-date version of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure at the Minnesota Courts' website.
