Below is Rule 71 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Rule 71 deals with Enforcing Relief For or Against a Nonparty, and is indexed under Chapter VIII, dealing with Provisional and Final Remedies.

When an order grants relief for a nonparty or may be enforced against a nonparty, the procedure for enforcing the order is the same as for a party.
