Below is Rule 605 of the Federal Rules of Evidence. Rule 605 deals with Competency of Judge as Witness, and is indexed under ARTICLE VI, dealing with WITNESSES.
- The judge presiding at the trial may not testify in that trial as a witness. No objection need be made in order to preserve the point.
